I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated with a warm color scheme and had spacious beds. Although the beds were not the most comfortable, having a fridge and safe added convenience. The service was exceptional, allowing us a late check-out with a smile. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Santa Lucia train station. The dining experience, although included, could have offered more hot dishes. Overall, a good value for the money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right by the second bridge in the heart of Venice. The rooms were cozy with a warm-colored pleasant interior decoration, and the service was top-notch. However, the beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped. The traditional meals served were delicious, and the hotel is conveniently located on a main pedestrian walkway.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a huge bed but were not the most comfortable. The service was outstanding, allowing us to have a late check-out.
